10. Using your phones in class [EB]

This is common sense because using your mobile devices in class can ruin your focus in class and thus prevent you from learning much, that is assuming you managed to learn anything at all. This is also disrespectful to the lecturer because he or she worked hard to prepare class material for you but then you eyes are stuck looking at your screen.

9. Lying to your lecturer [AM]

Lying to lecturer would be a bad decision for you because some of lecturer can read your face and they will give you a bad score for your lies and will damaging on your grade. Lying to your lecturer cause that they will never believe in you again because they know you lied to them and this also a disrespectful method to do if you lie, better be honest in university.

8. Daydreaming in class [JM]

This is common among teenager because most likely during classes teenager will fantasize anything they like. As a result this will impact your grade during college and there is a chance that student will dropped out from campus.

7. Being tardy [EB]

Arriving late in class, especially during the first week, can reflect poorly to your overall performance in your respective classes. This also gives out the impression that you can’t manage your time wisely and that you give a damn whether or not you arrive on time in class. This is also disrespectful to the lecturer as well as the students who arrived on time because they properly prepared themselves for class.

6. Being noisy in class [AM]( Edro’s note: this happens a lot in Mark’s class. The students who sits on the left side of the classroom are always noisy.)

Noisy really makes us cannot focus and also cause on your performance and work ethic. This is make your lecture and your friend can’t focus and give impression that you doesn’t give any respect through your lecture and friends especially for those who want to focus.

5. Sleeping in class [JM]

Sleeping in class is one of the behavior you shouldn’t do during class. Because lecture may think you disrespect him/her, also sleeping during classes too often may cause your performance during class in an important lesson.

4. Procrastinate. [AM]

Not only university, people in high school also like to procrastinate. they feel their comfort zone very well and also since already play with your friend, and sit in your bed everyday you always procrastinate and received a bad score.

3. Disrespect your seniors [EB](Edro’s note: FEP says hi)

This mostly applies in FEP, which is your very first hurdle as a student in Binus University International. The people in charge of FEP are not lecturers, but they are fellow students who are one year ahead of you, which makes them your seniors. The thing is, passing through FEP is a requirement to graduate from Binus University International. So if you fail this, then it doesn’t matter how great your grades are. You can’t graduate. You just can’t. That’s part of the rules. So you should think twice before you get on the bad side of your seniors in FEP. There’s a line that you shouldn’t cross, so don’t cross it before it’s too late to turn back…

2. Cheating during tests [JM]

Cheating during tests is absolutely not allowed and if you cheating during test the consequence is not tolerable. As a result student is guaranteed to dropped out during college and the worst is not able to apply other universities. Too prevent this, study is highly recommend as well time management so you have preparation before test starts and try not to think about cheating. because having good grades by cheating is useless.

Edro’s note: Brace yourself. Number one will blow your mind to the point that Numbers ten to one will feel trivial in comparison…

1. PARTY HARD [EB]

If you want to party, do it during the holiday season or summer vacation. If you still want to party during the semester, then don’t party hard. Doing so will dull your concentration once the party is over, most of the time because you drink too much. This may possibly be the catalysts of numbers seven and five on this list. Spending hours and hours at night partying can cause you to oversleep and STILL get tired the next day. So you can possibly arrive late to class AND sleep in class, which greatly tarnishes your image in Binus University International and can possibly get you expelled because you’re an embarrassment to the university as a whole.

Everyone have different ideas of the perfect year end holiday, but your ideas aren’t necessarily spot on. Be sure to read my article to the very end to ensure that your year end holiday won’t go down the toilet.

I learned is that it’s always best to go out once in a while in the year-end holiday. You don’t have to go with you friends and family if you don’t feel like it. Just go to a mall alone, shop, have lunch, and watch a movie. This actually helps as it refreshes yourself from your usual environment at home, and besides, you’ll never know if the clothing store you like will hold special holiday discounts or if restaurants are offering limited holiday specials in their menu.

And then there are family reunions. You might be given the choice to attend or not, but I recommend you go. That way, you can take advantage of the situation by eating as much food as you can, but most importantly, you can meet with your relatives that you haven’t seen for a while.

So basically, it all comes down to how you want to spend your holidays, but make sure not to mess up. Because there’s only so much time you can spend in the holidays before you have to go back to the dreadful hours work.

It’s easy to spend properly in year. Just don’t do anything and also be minimalist. Don’t spend your money too much and if you cannot afford buy ticket holiday for your big family don’t force it unless if you have money to buy for them. Try to buy cheap things in order to save your credit card, all you need to do is just pay with cash, but remember don’t buy any expensive things, because you would not have any savings in your money.

Shop alone would be the best way to spend your money properly in year. Because if your child is girl, she would love to buy branded and it could cost a tons of money. Also if there’s an employee want to recommend something better says later, because you need those money for your savings, until we get a lot of money you could afford then you can buy for your daughter and the best way is do not tell what you buy to your daughter because your daughter would willing to buy that thing and bragging the she want to buy.

When you want to have a big family dinner, try to be realistic if you don’t have any money and also be honest to your big family. Also if you want to have a big family dinner don’t order food that’s to expensive, and just eat in restaurant that’s not to expensive or in-fact just eat in your house.

Every year-end vacation, people have different ways to vacation at the end of the year. There are some people who vacation with family or friends, there are people who spend all the end of the year at club to get drunk, and there are also those who spend their time to evaluating themselves, creating plans and goals in the following year.

 

Usually every end of the year many people wonder about what plans and dreams to achieve next year? Honestly, I am not a person who likes to think about life plans while on vacation. I usually spend my time off by going on vacation out of town with my friends or my family.

There is one holiday story at the end of my year with my friends when we suddenly decided to take a vacation to Green Canyon. For your information Green canyon is one of the extreme places for body rafting in Pangandaran. At that time my friends and I went to the green canyon with my car. I took the car without permission from my parents that I would go to Green Canyon. The trip from Jakarta to Pangandaran is approximately 6 hours of normal travel if using a car. But because on that day it was a long holiday, so congestion occurred throughout our trip. We traveled for 12 hours traveling from Jakarta to Pangandaran. During the trip I felt guilty to my parents for not asking for permission and I felt karma because besides being hit by traffic jams, there was a lot of damage to my car such as tires, lights and broken batteries.

 

When we arrived there, we enjoyed the natural beauty in Green Canyon. There is a lot of excitement in Green Canyon. One of them is jumping from a 7 meter high cliff. There was a terrible incident when I jumped

 

from the cliff. at that time, it was my first experience jumping from a high cliff, so I made a leap with enthusiasm, so I didn’t pay attention to the position when landing. The picture above is one of the correct leaps. And the picture below is an example of the position of the movement I did.

 

 

 

After making this jump many things changed in my face. One of them, there was a large wound in the part of my mouth. After that incident, I felt more guilty because all of my trips, I did by lying to my parents.

How to properly spend a year

 

Everyone is indeed spend their money to buy things whether is daily products, consumables and such. To properly spend during a year you need to consider what is your priority just buy things that are necessary and useful and set your priority goals you want to achieve. Don’t spend too much money just to buy expensive things why buy expensive things if you can get it more cheaper. You feel thirsty? why buy Cognac if you can drink water when is free and easier to find. Saving small amount of money can also benefits during your life and it might help to buy things you prioritize.

Shopping is also needs to consider it because many people cant control their money and as result they suffered themselves because no more money to spend. The worst case is spending tons of money in online gaming for example CS GO, this online game offers a various skins for each weapons which is there is no any difference at all, in this case would you rather buy a virtual knife for $1700 or a real knife that only cost you $5?. Obviously a real knife because virtual knife is just a skin and expensive than your smartphone, and real knife benefits you more compared to virtual knife.

To properly spend a year, just stop purchasing overpriced and useless and spend more to more benefits items that can help you during living.

Social Media is overwhelming, especially in this day and age where social media greatly influences the fate of the world itself. Social media has the ability to quickly connect different people from diffferent parts of the world, making them friends even if they haven’t seen each other physically yet. This seems amazing at first galnce, but let us consider some of the dangerous aspects of this and why interacting in real lifeis better for you, socially speaking.

 

A lot of people shares what kind of person they are on the internet, but others chose to remain anonymous. Let us first focus on people belonging to the former category.

 

By sharing basic information about yourself, you’re practically telling the world about you personal views and preferences. But not everyone may agree with you, and other people, usually those with nothing better to do, can harrass you for not having the same perspectives as they do. People are different, but there are those that just enjoys messing with people different than them simply because they hate their guts.

 

As for people belonging to the latter category, most of them chose to remain anonymous because they simply don’t want to get too personaly with internet dwellers they don’t even know. But the biggest problem is that thses kind of people can actually pretend to be someone they’re not and that its difficult to tell whether or not they are the person that they reveal in social media. These people can potentially trick you to reveal your dirty secrets and use them to sabotage your social life. But a rare breed f these people can trick you to send them money by promising you something that they don’t even plan on giving you.

 

But you can save yourself from this hassle by just interacting with people physically. You can be honest easily, and lies can easily be detected. And besides, you need to actually know someone personally and meet them for real in order to become true fri

He joined a programming competition in Thailand on November last year. He was amazed at the different people he met during the competition. He was able to experience the enjoyment of competing with different people. The competition was really difficult for him, so he didn’t won.

Azriel hasn’t felt anything particularly special since joining Binus, however he managed to find new friends and he is happy about it. He also accumulated new experience in FEP a few months ago. He was able to enjoy all that because he accepted it as a new chapter in his life and that it is something that he must deal with inevitably. Even though he admitted that coping with FEP was difficult, he felt that he need to adapt to that situation by just doing everything he was told do in a fine manner.

 

Ivan, Ivan, Ivan. Oh, when will you learn? It’s been a year since Ivan was arrested in Melbourne and six months since he was rehabilitated and transported to prison. There, he formed a relationship with fellow inmate Nadia, who had been arrested for aggravated assault on her ex-boyfriend. Yesterday, on April’s Fools day, Ivan decided to fart on Nadia’s face and yelled “April’s Fools!”. Nadia was pissed off and stabbed Ivan on the spot, permanently damaging his face and nearly killing him.

 

Today, Ivan was arrested in Melbourne. An investigation revealed that Ivan was actually guilty of a lot more crimes other than the bread factory fire and the recent hail disaster. The police squad who investigated his house discovered that he actually kept several women who had been missing for years  captive so he can rape them whenever we wanted to. They also found lots of stolen money and museum artifacts. Ivan’s motivations are unknown, since police cannot question him as he is currently being rehabilitated in an asylum for insane individuals in Sydney, but people speculated that he committed his crimes out of pure greed and lust.

Big news today folks! It was revealed that Ivan, the man who burned down Australia’s biggest garlic bread factory last week, is actually alive! However, the explosion had broken his sanity. It was discovered that he traveled to a suburb in Melbourne, which is where his boss lives. These, he invented an ice machine that rained down golf ball sized ice all over the suburb. Ivan can be heard screaming “MERRY CHRISTMAS ,Y’ALL” over and over again as he continues raining ice down the area. His insane shenanigans eventually killed his boss.

Reports emerged that a fierce blizzard had manifested itself in Springfield last night. The effects of the blizzard lasts until this morning, and it was then revealed that a boy named Jacob lead the evacuation of women and children. He did this because he felt the responsibility of a man who is in the position to help those in need.

Note: Mark told me to name the character “Ivan”, which I did at first. but then I decided that the “OH HAIL NO” post should be a sequel to my previous post, so I changed the character’s name to “Jacob”.
